Stephanie is the owner of Rêve Cycling Studio. Her goal is to provide an urban escape for riders in the middle of Portland. Motivated by the relaxed and refreshed mind/body experience that a good cycling workout provides, she wants all of her riders to experience this with her same enthusiasm. She lives in Portland, Maine with her Goldendoodle named Raglan and her boyfriend. She first found Lila when she moved to Portland 4 years ago and has been hooked ever since. Lila was the place she found grounding as she started her business and now a place she goes to recharge. She is delighted to be part of the Lila community.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOGA?
Yoga to me is really all about using movement and flow as a means to discover the space inside your body. I feel that once I find this space I am able to use it to take on the day with a more clear and centered approach.
HOW DID YOU FIND YOUR WAY TO YOGA?
I found my way to yoga during college. I was a college athlete who wanted to prevent injury. My practice has expanded since moving to Portland and finding Lila. Yoga at Lila has allowed me to stay injury free and able to keep doing all the activities I enjoy.

My practice allows me to stay more grounded, stay injury free, and happy!
WHAT DRAWS YOU TO THE LILA COMMUNITY?
The instructors and the wonderful sense of community! The lively teaching style that everyone at Lila practices mixed with the vibe of the community in the beautiful space keeps me coming back.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU TO KEEP PRACTICING?
To name a few, the enjoyment I get when connecting with my breath, the richness of sensation that follows a class, and the feeling of vitality.
WHAT WOULD YOUR IDEAL YOGA CLASS LOOK LIKE, FEEL LIKE, AND BE LIKE?
My ideal yoga class would be a class full of lighthearted movement that would allow me to challenge my body and leave me feeling restored.
