Fall and Spring Cleanses Outline
These resets are 3-week guided journeys that are held online. We meet weekly as a group to hold space together, create intention, and be held in a greater web of support and momentum from both the community and the flow of the seasons. During this time, members will get access to the online resource hub, access to a private group Forum, and access to weekly calls featuring both Cleanse leaders and Guest Teachers sharing tools, practices, and wisdom on how to tune towards health and well-being.
Give yourself three weeks this Fall Season to tune in and turn into your nature, within Nature. In the three weeks, we support each other in deeper listening, slowing down, and allowing time and space for our bodies to transition with the season.
The three weeks are about exploring your relationships to your environment internally and externally. It is about clearing out what isn’t needed so you can more accurately connect with your own inner compass and intuition. The container will help you let go of ideas and patterns that are preventing you from connecting to that deep knowing of your own biological rhythms and body wisdom. The invitation is to quiet the distractions and begin to listen more deeply to ourselves. We use movement, breath, food/nutrition, and community to support this process.
Week 1: Easing in… slow noticing of your walk and way through the days. What are the ways you can simplify go hone presence? What ways are you keeping yourself distracted and numb? Gently start noticing.
Week 2: Deep Dive… commit to yourself care this week. What are the patterns you noticed keeping you stuck, small, in dis-ease? Can you commit this week to you stepping closer to health?
Week 3: Integrating and easing out… stepping into your new flow and form. What practices and routines do you want to be sustained in your daily life? In what ways have you been able to become more awake to your life? This week is about weaving together yourself back into wholeness.
How: Once registered, you will get access to the online resource hub, which includes recipes, videos, audio, documents, and a forum to support you in the process.
Each week, you will receive an email with gentle guidance to support the flow of your week. The resource hub will offer practices, resources, and tools to support your process: recipe ideas, meditations, movement practices, and breath practices.
When: We will meet as a group via Zoom three times during the offering at the beginning of each week. Mondays from 7-8 pm EST. All calls will be recorded if you are not able to make these Zoom calls.
There are also three guest speakers who will join in to share their stories and practices to invite in health and healing. Included this year is John Herter sharing his practices with Wim Hoff cold plunging and Breathwork, Mischa Schuler sharing her wisdom around working with native plants, and Michael Jung sharing his bridging between allopathic and alternative medicine for his own healing journey.
Who: The offering is for anyone interested in moving more mindfully through the Seasonal shifts, anyone interested in leaning into their health and wellbeing, and anyone looking for a community to support living more in alignment.
A private community forum is available throughout the course to chime in with questions and insights and share connections with others on the journey.
