How did you find your way to yoga?

I was looking to balance my physical and athletic life with additional body/mind practices. I was attracted to lengthening and elongating my body.

What do you do for a living?

I own a wellness/health/fitness facility: The Body Architect. We offer personal training, group training, massage, body mind classes, nutrition counseling and overall fitness memberships.

Are you able to incorporate your yoga practice into your career or into your daily life off the mat?

Yes, I weave the philosophies of yoga and mindfulness into everything I do at the Body Architect and into my personal life.

What is the best thing about the Lila yoga community?

You feel the support and positive life flow every time you step through the doors at Lila. The collective energies create a feel good sensation that lasts well after the class has finished.
