Whether you are a new or experienced yoga student our pre/postnatal class is specifically designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and new beginnings of mama-hood. This class will both nurture and challenge your body as you are guided through meditation, breath work, vocal toning and yoga postures. You’ll benefit from much needed relaxation, strengthen the muscles that support pregnancy + labor, connect with the power of your breathe and improve overall health. New mamas will be encouraged to reclaim their core strength. Feel inspired and nourished in a community of women sharing the experience of pregnancy and birth.
