Students in this class will dive deeper into the bliss of practice with more advanced poses that require more strength, focus, control of breath, and flexibility.  Postures may include: backbends, inversions, arm balances, and deeper twists.  Teachers offer modifications, adjustments, and alignment cues to support a deeper and more supportive practice.  If new to our studio, we encourage you to check in with the teacher if you are new to joining us in this practice or if you are working with any injuries.
